Allinone Blinds & Sheer
1. Agreement
By requesting a quote, paying a deposit, placing an order, or accepting installation services, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Quotes
• All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
• Quotes are based on measurements provided by the customer or taken by our team.
• Any changes to measurements, specifications, or materials may result in a revised quote.

3. Deposit & Booking
• A 50% deposit is strictly required to confirm and secure any booking.
• No job will be scheduled and no production will commence until cleared deposit funds are received.
• The deposit covers materials, manufacturing, and administrative costs.
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.
This clause does not exclude rights under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Final Payment
The remaining balance (50%) is strictly due on the same day immediately upon completion of installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to installation.
Completion of installation constitutes acceptance of the works.
Failure to make payment on the day of installation will result in the account being treated as overdue.

5. Late Payment – Consequences
If payment is not made on the installation day:
5.1 Removal of Discounts
• Any promotional pricing, negotiated discount, or special rate will be automatically withdrawn.
• The invoice will revert to standard full pricing.
• The revised balance becomes immediately payable.
5.2 Suspension of Warranty
• Product and installation warranty will be suspended.
• No warranty claims, service visits, repairs, or adjustments will be provided.
• Warranty will only be reinstated once full outstanding payment is received.
This does not exclude non-excludable guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
5.3 Interest Charges
Interest will be charged at 19% per annum, calculated daily, on overdue amounts from the due date until paid in full.
5.4 Administrative Fees
Reasonable administrative fees may be charged for reminder notices, emails, phone calls, account management, and recovery actions.
5.5 Recovery Costs
All reasonable recovery costs, including but not limited to:
• Debt collection agency fees
• Legal fees
• Tribunal filing fees (including VCAT where applicable)
• Enforcement costs
will be payable by the customer to the extent permitted by law.

6. Custom-Made Products
All blinds and sheer products supplied by Allinone Blinds & Sheer are custom-made to order.
We do not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
• Colour or fabric selection errors chosen by the customer
• Colour may vary from image shown .

7. Installation
• Installation dates are subject to availability and product readiness.
• Customers must ensure safe and clear access to installation areas.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing structural defects, weak walls, or window frame issues.

8. Warranty
8.1 Product Warranty
We provide warranty coverage for manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
Warranty does not cover:
• Misuse or accidental damage
• Incorrect cleaning
• Normal wear and tear
• Third-party interference or modification
8.2 Installation Warranty
We provide workmanship warranty on installations completed by our team.
Warranty is conditional upon full payment.
This warranty operates in addition to rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product supplied.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights under Australian Consumer Law.
